1 Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with us in any capacity, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2 Description of Services

Generic Exchange provides technology consulting, web services, application development, enterprise solutions, and consultancy preparation packages. The scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

3 User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain password confidentiality, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at contact@genericexchange.com.

4 Payments & Billing

All fees are as set out on our Pricing page or your service agreement. We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, and PayPal. All prices are exclusive of GST. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

5 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created for their project. Generic Exchange retains ownership of all pre-existing frameworks and methodologies. All website content (logos, text, design) is the exclusive property of Generic Exchange.

6 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our services to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, gain unauthorized system access, resell services without consent, or disrupt our operations.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generic Exchange shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in the preceding three (3) months.

8 Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or pose legal risk to the company. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Diva East Thane Mumbai. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, then binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

10 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time with at least 14 days' notice via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
