How and when we deliver our services and digital products to you.

Note: Generic Exchange is a digital services company. We do not ship physical products. All deliverables are delivered electronically — via email, secure portals, or our project management platforms.
Completed websites are deployed to your domain or staging server. Access details shared within 24 hrs of completion.
Mobile apps are delivered via TestFlight (iOS) or APK link (Android), then published to stores on approval.
Documents, strategy decks, and reports are delivered via email or Google Drive within the agreed timeline.
CRM, ERP, and portal credentials are shared via encrypted email within 24 hours of setup completion.
Estimated delivery timelines for each service category:
All timelines begin from the date of payment confirmation AND receipt of all required information/assets from the client. Delays caused by the client providing incomplete information will extend timelines accordingly.
Upon delivery of any major milestone or final product, we will send you a delivery confirmation email with:
